Tuesday TV Ratings 4/5/22: This Is Us Rises and Tops Evening, Abbott Elementary Steady, Mr. Mayor and Name That Tune Slip (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: NBC's 'This Is Us' (0.81, +0.13) soared to its highest rating since early January and effortlessly topped the evening. 'The Thing About Pam' (0.35, +0.04) was also able to gain a few ticks, but comedies 'Young Rock' (0.32, -0.02) and 'Mr. Mayor' (0.27, -0.02) descended to new lows in the 8PM hour. 'Judge Steve Harvey' (0.45, +0.05) and 'Black-ish' (0.35, +0.01) made some gains on ABC as 'Abbott Elementary' (0.49) held steady in-between them. 'To Tell the Truth' (0.28, -0.05) slipped to last place in the 10PM hour. 'The Resident' (0.43, -0.01) and 'Name That Tune' (0.35, -0.03) dealt with small declines on Fox. CBS had reruns of 'FBI' (0.45), 'FBI: International' (0.38), and 'FBI: Most Wanted' (0.30). The CW aired encores of 'Superman & Lois' (0.04) and 'Naomi' (0.05).

Finals Update: 'Abbott Elementary' (+0.1), 'Mr. Mayor' (+0.1), and 'To Tell the Truth' (+0.1) adjusted up.
