Preliminary Analysis: Fueled by a massive 'NFL' lead-in (6.0) and an appearance by Speaker Nancy Pelosi, CBS's '60 Minutes' (1.9) soared to its highest rating since November 2020, rising seven-tenths from its last original episode. Most of that audience was gone by the time 'NCIS: Los Angeles' (0.7) showed up but the cop drama still picked up a tenth. 'NCIS: New Orleans' (0.5) held even at the end of the lineup, too far away from football to receive any meaningful boost. On ABC, 'AFV' (0.7) rose a tenth while an 8pm repeat of 'Celebrity Wheel of Fortune' (0.6) bested last week's 'Supermarket Sweep' finale (0.52). 'Millionaire' (0.5) matched its previous installment but 'The Rookie' (0.4) shed a tenth from its week-ago premiere. NBC's 'Browns v. Steelers' NFL game posted a monstrous 6.2 rating, narrowly beating out CBS's wildcard game. A repeat of comedy 'Mr. Mayor' (1.5) and 'Football Night in America' (2.0/5.4) preceded the main attraction. Fox had a night of animated reruns (0.2/0.3/0.4/0.3/0.3/0.3) with 'Bless the Harts' noticeably missing. The CW was invisible with its broadcast of the 'Critics Choice Super Awards' (0.0).
