Wednesday TV Ratings 3/20/24: Abbott Elementary Sinks to New Low, Survivor and The Masked Singer Rise, One Chicago Lineup Drops After Break (Final Ratings w/Analysis)

Ratings Analysis: Abbott Elementary (0.28, -0.07) crashed to a new series low on ABC, falling more than both The Conners (0.36, -0.03) and Not Dead Yet (0.21, -0.05) in the Adults 18-49 demographic. At 10, a rerun of 9-1-1 (0.17) was a marked improvement over the usual Judge Steve. Over on CBS, Survivor (0.78, +0.03) and The Amazing Race (0.38, +0.01) made some gains. Fox's The Masked Singer (0.38, 0.00) held even, but Animal Control (0.17, -0.04) and Family Guy (0.14, -0.02) collapsed to new series lows. On NBC, Chicago Med (0.46, -0.06), Chicago Fire (0.48, -0.09), and Chicago PD (0.41, -0.09) were all down significantly after being off the air for nearly a month. Wild Cards (0.06, -0.01) and Family Law (0.04, -0.01) inched down for their CW finales.
