Tuesday TV Ratings 3/12/24: Password Returns Up from Christmas Episode, The Cleaning Lady Goes Lower, FBI Stable After Week Off (UPDATED w/Analysis)

Ratings Analysis: NBC game show Password (0.28) looked rather healthy in its return and improved on its Christmas-themed episode (0.26) from three months ago. Password also retained a very solid portion of its Voice lead-in (0.36, +0.04). Earlier in the night, Night Court (0.29, -0.04) slipped to a rating that was only a hundredth higher than its previously-set low. Extended Family (0.25, 0.00), however, matched last week's episode. On Fox, The Cleaning Lady (0.18, -0.02) and Alert (0.17, -0.01) declined from premieres that were already abysmal. CBS crime dramas FBI (0.46, 0.00) and FBI: Most Wanted (0.34, 0.00) were steady after taking a week off, but FBI: International (0.39, +0.02) rose a bit in-between. ABC's dramas (0.20/0.12/0.10) were all in repeat-mode. Crime Nation (0.04, 0.00) was flat on the CW.
