Friday TV Ratings 3/8/24: SWAT Slips in Double Airing, WWE SmackDown Rises (Final Ratings w/Analysis)

Ratings Analysis: CBS's SWAT (0.40/0.33) was down markedly from last week's episode (0.44) for a special double airing, and the steep decline from 8 to 9 only made this showing more disappointing. On ABC, Shark Tank (0.31, 0.00) tied its week-ago installment, but 20/20 (0.24, +0.04) improved at 9. But despite the 20/20 growth, NBC's Dateline (0.34, +0.03) also grew and was a full tenth above it. WWE Smackdown (0.69, +0.05) climbed higher on Fox. Totally Funny Animals (0.05, -0.02) slipped on the CW, but Totally Funny Kids (0.07, +0.01) picked up a hundredth and built on Animals
