ADAM, REAGAN, MADISON, SAM, CHASE, and LINCOLN are all sitting at the bar. LORENZO is carefully pouring water when FRED abruptly walks to the bar. LORENZO spills the water.
FRED
You gotta be more careful with that, you don’t want to be losing money!
LORENZO
The water’s free.
FRED
Really? I’d charge a buck or two.
REAGAN
Good thing you’re not in charge.
FRED stares at REAGAN
REAGAN
Kidding. You’d be great.
FRED
I realize that.
CHASE
May I ask what you’re doing here?
FRED
It’s more a me and Lorenzo thing. Lorenzo, I need to see you in the kitchen if you’re not busy.
LORENZO
I have a few things to make here and there and have to perfect my water-making skills, but yeah I can spare an hour.
FRED
Never mind, I’ll just tell you here. The crap on the walls isn’t working.
LORENZO
Are you calling my memory crap?!
FRED
I said nothing of your memory, I’m sure it’s just fine.
MADISON
If you don’t mind me interrupting, Lorenzo calls the memorabilia memory because he has trouble pronouncing the full word.
FRED
That...actually makes sense. But it’s not working.
ADAM
What do you mean, it’s not working? It makes Lorenzo’s Kitchen Lorenzo’s Kitchen!
FRED
I didn’t think I’d hear input from the peanut gallery, but—
LINCOLN
We’re like less than a foot away from you.
SAM
And we were here first.
FRED
Fair enough. My decision is final. It doesn’t fit what SugarCity is going for.
LORENZO
It fits what King Lorenzo is going for though.
FRED

You can only ask so many questions without driving yourself crazy.
FRED
Lorenzo, you need to remember: this is Lorenzo’s Kitchen by SugarCity. Maybe Lorenzo’s Kitchen would’ve been a great fit for this memorabilia, but it has no place at Lorenzo’s Kitchen by SugarCity.
LORENZO’s face sinks.
LORENZO
Got it. I will take it down by the end of the night.
CHASE
Lorenzo, you’re not even gonna fight it?
LORENZO
Whatever Fred says goes.
MADISON
I’m sure you two can work something out, right?
LINCOLN
Yeah, keep half of the memorabilia!
FRED
Or none of it.
ADAM
Are you sure? It’s all worth a lot of money. Could be sold for a huge fortune one day.
FRED pauses.
FRED
Oh really?
ADAM
Yeah. These are all priceless.
LORENZO
No they’re not.
ADAM
Lorenzo’s kidding.
FRED
Most of the stuff is from Lorenzo. He signed some of it. And are people really here for the memorabilia? No.
ADAM
I don’t think you understand just how priceless they all are.
FRED
Prove it.
ADAM
You can’t find any duplicates of any of them.
FRED
I guess that’s technically true...
ADAM
The longer you hold onto these, the more they could be worth one day.
FRED
You make a point. I suppose the memorabilia can stay for some more time.
FRED abruptly leaves without saying goodbye.
LORENZO
Adam, I hate to break it to you, but that memory doesn’t have much worth.
ADAM
I know. Just trying to help you out.
LORENZO
Really? Thanks! It worked! What do you say we all celebrate with some ice cream?
REAGAN
I like that idea!
LORENZO
I know of a great place down the street.
Everyone laughs.
LORENZO
What? I’m serious.
MADISON
It’s just that we figured you meant have some ice cream here, given you have that now and you’re working.
LORENZO
Ah, true. In that case, ice cream’s in the kitchen, help yourself. Take it to go actually, you’ve done more than enough for me today.
ADAM, REAGAN, MADISON, SAM, CHASE, and LINCOLN go to the kitchen, where they see HARRY.
HARRY
Did you guys want some ice cream?
SAM
Yeah.
HARRY
I’m standing in front of it.
LINCOLN
I see...
HARRY
You’ll have to go around me.
Everyone awkwardly squeezes their way by HARRY to scoop some ice cream, and then leave.
