Fox's '9-1-1' (0.70) held steady with last week's rating and topped the evening yet again. At 9, spinoff '9-1-1: Lone Star' (0.64, +0.13) bounced back by a remarkable amount and was the second highest-rated broadcast of the evening, only behind its parent program. 'All American' (0.11, -0.01) and 'All American: Homecoming' (0.08, -0.02) shed a hundredth and two-hundredths respectively on the CW.
