Ratings Analysis: Although it grew from the middling broadcast of 2016 Disney film 'Moana' (0.33) that led into it, ABC's 'The Good Doctor' (0.35, -0.06) declined by six-hundredths from last week's episode and hit a new series low in the process. NBC's 'American Song Contest' (0.33, +0.05) gained five-hundredths for its season finale, but 'New Amsterdam' (0.26, -0.09) plummeted in the 10PM hour. CBS sitcoms 'The Neighborhood' (0.55, -0.07) and 'Bob Hearts Abishola' (0.44, -0.08) also plunged and led into reruns of 'NCIS' (0.30) and 'NCIS: Hawai'i' (0.25). Fox's '9-1-1' (0.70) held steady with last week's rating and topped the evening yet again. At 9, spinoff '9-1-1: Lone Star' (0.64, +0.13) bounced back by a remarkable amount and was the second highest-rated broadcast of the evening, only behind its parent program. 'All American' (0.11, -0.01) and 'All American: Homecoming' (0.08, -0.02) shed a hundredth and two-hundredths respectively on the CW.
