CBS's '48 Hours' (0.21, -0.03) dipped by three-hundredths and led out of repeats of 'The Equalizer' (0.20) and itself (0.18). Fox's 'Stallions v. Breakers' USFL game (0.22) nabbed third place in the 8PM timeslot. On the CW, 'Would I Lie To You?' (0.03, -0.02) and 'Masters of Illusion' (0.03, -0.01) inched down from last week. A repeat of 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?' (0.04) secured the 8PM slot while a 'Masters' encore (0.02) settled for 9:30.
