Roswell, New Mexico Canceled After Four Seasons

It's the end of the line for Roswell, New Mexico. The CW has canceled the summer-bound alien drama after four seasons. The show's fourth season has yet to even premiere, with its premiere set for a June 6th premiere. Despite that, the impending sale of The CW has doomed Roswell, much like it doomed the five other series canceled by The CW today. A reboot of the 1999 WB series of the same name, Roswell, New Mexico was executive produced by Julie Plec, a favorite creative talent of The CW. Its third season, which aired last summer, averaged just 0.08 in the 18-49 demo, making it one of The CW's lowest-rated series. Jeanine Mason, Nathan Dean Parsons, Michael Vlamis, Lily Cowles and Tyler Blackburn starred in the series.
