Promising lead-out 'The Cleaning Lady' (0.55, +0.02) soared to its highest rating yet after setting a new high last week. ABC's 'The Bachelor' (0.78, +0.01) gained a hundredth as struggling newbie 'Promised Land' (0.22) matched its dismal premiere. NBC sitcom 'Kenan' (0.29/0.22) crashed to a new series low for its 8:30PM season finale, and Fallon-hosted 'That's My Jam' (0.41, -0.01) fell by a hundredth for its closer. A 10PM 'Celebrating Betty White' special (0.52) put both shows to shame and was the fourth highest-rated program of the evening. CBS had reruns of 'The Neighborhood' (0.50), 'Bob Hearts Abishola' (0.43), 'NCIS' (0.37), and 'NCIS: Hawai'i' (0.33). 'March' (0.06, +0.01) and '4400' (0.07, +0.03) were on the rise on the CW.
