Preliminary Analysis: On a night where not a single show cleared the 1.0 mark, 'Who Wants to Be a Millionaire' (0.9) took the top spot on ABC. The game show reincarnation inched up from last week's Thursday debut and bested all its prior data points aside from the 1.1 debut. Lead-out 'Station 19' (0.8) lost a tenth and fell to a new season low while the second-to-last 'How To Get Away with Murder' (0.5) also inched down.
CBS burned off more episodes of canceled sitcoms 'Man with a Plan' (0.7) and 'Broke' (0.6). Both comedies matched their repeat lead-ins and their previous broadcasts. At 10, the network said goodbye to 'Tommy' (0.5) which held steady for its abrupt series finale.
'Council of Dads' (0.4) moved up two hours earlier and saw a one-tenth uptick in the process. It led into the premiere of the final season of 'Blindspot' (0.3). The latter somehow managed to find a new series low, trailing its fourth season debut (0.5).
Fox premiered 'Celebrity Watch Party' (0.4) but realized that few wanted to watch C-list celebrities watch TV shows they could watch themselves. On the bright side, it wasn't too far off from the ratings their Sunday cartoons post. They capped the night with another repeat of Rob Lowe's 'Mental Samurai' (0.3).
The CW remained invisible with more 0.1s from 'Katy Keene' and 'In the Dark'.
Finals Update: Man With a Plan (+0.1) adjusted up.
