But the peacock network easily won the 10pm hour, with 'Capital One College Bowl' (0.4) gaining a tenth for its season finale. 'The Ultimate Surfer' (0.2) stayed in abysmal territory on the alphabet network. CBS got three 0.3s from reruns of 'FBI' (0.3/0.3) and 'FBI: Most Wanted' (0.3). 'LEGO Masters' (0.4) held flat on Fox, but 'Fantasy Island' (0.2) shed a tenth. 'Stargirl' (0.1) and 'Supergirl' (0.1) were frozen at their typical levels on the CW.
