Tuesday TV Ratings 8/31/21: America’s Got Talent Slips, Bachelor in Paradise and Fantasy Island Hit New Lows (UPDATED)


Ratings Analysis: NBC's 'America's Got Talent' (0.74) continued to have a slight edge over ABC's 'Bachelor in Paradise' (0.71) as both juggernauts lost a tenth when compared to their week-ago broadcasts. NBC had control of the 10pm hour as well, with 'Capital One College Bowl' (0.31)  cruising past a deflated 'Ultimate Surfer' (0.21). On Fox, 'LEGO Masters' (0.43) and 'Fantasy Island' (0.26) each shed seven-hundredths. The CW had stable helpings of 'Stargirl' (0.12) and 'Supergirl (0.10). CBS yet again had no new content to offer, instead airing reruns of 'NCIS' (0.29), 'FBI' (0.30), and 'FBI: Most Wanted' (0.27).

Finals Update: 'Bachelor in Paradise' (+0.1) and 'Fantasy Island' (+0.1) adjusted up.
