(0.4) was completely unfazed. A 10pm 'Chicago PD' rerun (0.2) was a tenth lower than last Wednesday. Coming a few days before the 20th anniversary of the attacks, ABC's 'Women of 9/11' special (0.5) topped the 9pm hour and built from its 'Press Your Luck' repeat lead-in (0.4). The CW had stable broadcasts of 'Riverdale' (0.1) and 'In the Dark' (0.1).
