Preliminary Analysis: ABC's 'Notre Dame v. FL ST' college football broadcast (1.5) was five-tenths below Saturday's game but still well above anything else on Sunday night. Before the game, a repeat of 'The Conners' (0.5) topped the 7pm hour but may adjust down after finals. '60 Minutes' (0.4) and 'Big Brother' (0.7) were each down a whopping three-tenths on a week-to-week basis. 'Big Brother' posted a new season low and led into a presentation of the 2003 film 'School of Rock' (0.2) that few tuned in to. On NBC, the '2020 Tokyo Paralympics' (0.2) was a tenth higher than Saturday but continued to make very little noise. A rerun of 'America's Got Talent' (0.2) occupied the 9-11pm stretch. Fox's 'PBC Boxing' broadcast (0.1) went even lower than the 'Paralympics' and barely tied 7pm encores of 'The Great North' (0.1) and 'Bob's Burgers' (0.1). On the CW, 'Legends of Tomorrow' (0.1) posted the same rating for its finale that it has garnered all-season long. Over in the 9pm hour, 'Wellington Paranormal' (0.0) once more flew under the radar.
