Uncle Buck: Today is June 30, which is typically the day that cast options expire. This show was originally slated for midseason, but has been demoted to summer. It's doing okay for summer standards, a lot better than The Whispers. However, we have a new president at ABC. It's hard to tell whether or not Channing Dungey would get the negative PR reputation of canceling both summer scripted shows.
Mistresses: Given that Castle was canceled, and that Nashville moved to a cable network, I wouldn't be surprised if Dungey decides to cancel this marginal performer.
In terms of wild cards, Uncle Buck, American Gothic, The Night Shift, Wayward Pines, and Mistresses are bound to cause some missed predictions this summer. With that being said, let the best prediction site win!
