Saturday TV Ratings 4/13/24: SNL Slips in Demo but Rises in Viewers, 48 Hours Soars (Final Ratings w/Analysis)

Ratings Analysis: Saturday Night Live (0.75, -0.07) dropped in the 18-49 demographic despite the inclusion of host Ryan Gosling, but it was up slightly in total viewership (4.7 million v. 4.58 million). NBC started the evening off with repeats of The Wall (0.15), Weakest Link (0.15), and Saturday Night Live itself (0.30). On CBS, 48 Hours (0.29, +0.14) nearly doubled last week's rating. Reruns of So Help Me Todd (0.22) and 48 Hours itself (0.23) were also significantly higher than the encores (0.10/0.11) that aired a week ago. On the sports front, Fox's UFL (0.16) was no match for ABC's NHL Broadcast (0.25). I Am Heath Ledger (0.05) performed slightly better than last week's I Am Paul Walker (0.03) on the CW.
