Ratings Analysis: NBC's Lopez vs Lopez (0.29/0.26) was only a hundredth lower than last week's Night Court finale (0.30) in the first-half of its season premiere and outpaced the week-ago Extended Family finale (0.25) at 8:30. This performance was ultimately on-par with what the sitcom was doing on Fridays in its first season, as it averaged a 0.28 last year. At 9, Weakest Link (0.27) grew slightly from the second episode of Lopez, while Password (0.25, -0.04) dropped without The Voice to help it out. On ABC, Will Trent (0.40, +0.06) soared to a new series high after slipping last week. The Rookie (0.36, +0.09) also surged in the 9 p.m. hour, while The Good Doctor (0.22, +0.01) picked up a hundredth. CBS's FBI (0.49, +0.04) increased, as did International (0.35, +0.02) and Most Wanted (0.38, +0.05). The Cleaning Lady (0.15, -0.01) slipped to yet another series low on Fox, but Alert (0.17, +0.02) recovered a bit. Crime Nation (0.05, -0.02) declined on the CW.
