Whiskey Cavalier is an action procedural starring Scandal's Scott Foley (who also produces the series) and The Walking Dead's Lauren Cohan. Scrubs creator Bill Lawrence is an executive producer on the series.
The logline for the series, from Deadline: "After an emotional breakup, FBI agent Will Chase (codename: Whiskey Cavalier) is assigned to work with CIA operative Francesca “Frankie” Trowbridge (codename: Fiery Tribune). Together, they lead an inter-agency team of spies who periodically save the world (and one other) while navigating the rocky roads of friendship, romance and office politics." The series is produced by Warner Bros.
