LA Confidential Passed On by CBS, Will be Shopped

CBS has decided not to order their pilot adaptation of the book and 1997 film LA Confidential. The pilot starred Walton Goggins (Vice Principals) and Brian J Smith (Sense8) and followed 1950s homicide detectives and a reporter whose paths intersect when the detectives pursue a serial killer. The pilot will be shopped.
