Its cancelation was presumed when it was pulled from Sunday nights after four episodes, and the remaining six were burned off on Saturday nights in December and into January. The series was envisioned as something that could work as a one-season show, or could continue on if successful. Once the ratings came in, it was clear that the former would be the case here.
