TV Ratings 9/20/17: America’s Got Talent And Big Brother End High As The Good Place Returns OK (UPDATED)

NBC's America's Got Talent (3.0) remained a monstrous force on finale night, tying its day-ago result and beating out its year-ago 2.8. But, audiences didn't stay for The Good Place premiere (1.3) at 10. It was a bit above its January finale, but still retained less than 50% of the powerhouse.

CBS also offered up finales with Big Brother (2.2) rising four tenths and Salvation (0.5) remaining steady. On Fox, the finale of MasterChef (1.2) was a bit below last week.

ABC (0.7/0.6/0.7/0.6/0.5) and The CW (0.2/0.2) had repeats in anticipation of next week's premieres.
