Sporcle Off-Topic Quizzes of the Week- Science Edition/Sporcle Contest Part 8

The Off-Topic Quizzes of the Week are back after a week off, and it's time for some science quizzes! Dust off your smarticle particles and get ready for some fun! I hope you know your astronomy from your earth science, because you'll need to know both this week.

1- Animals in Snow

This is a quiz I made, during a snowstorm sometime in 2016. It was a fun little quiz that I never thought would get much recognition. My dog and cat even appear in the quiz, as, well, the dog and cat. The quiz ended up getting my my first-ever Curator's Pick in science, and later on, my first publish in science. The quiz is on the easier side, but that's what makes it fun. The purpose of this is pretty much to just look at some cute animals.

2- Retired Hurricane per Letter

With the recent situation in Florida, I thought that this would be a fitting quiz to include in this edition. There's unfortunately been a lot of powerful and deadly hurricanes In the Atlantic, and here you've got to name the hurricanes whose names have been retired. It's not very easy if you don't follow this type of thing, but if you start running out of time, you can just start naming some weird names. It worked for me.

3- Planetary Pizza

This is a really fun, tongue-in-cheek quiz that's a nice, quick play. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would when I saw the name, even though I was upset that it wasn't about what I originally thought it would be about, the Pizza Planet restaurant from Toy Story.
