Saturday TV Ratings 5/1/21: Dateline NBC, Inspiring America & SNL Vintage Lead NBC to Victory, 48 Hours Ties for Second (UPDATED)

Preliminary Analysis: NBC got a relatively decent, by depressed Saturday standards, rating out of an 'Inspiring America' special (0.3). A repeat of 'Dateline' (0.4) built from there and 'SNL Vintage' (0.3) held its own at 10, resulting in the peacock network taking the lead. CBS had low-rated encores of 'NCIS: New Orleans' (0.2/0.2) and a solid '48 Hours' (0.3). ABC had 0.2s across the board with reruns of 'Shark Tank' and 'American Idol'. Fox settled for 0.1s as 'PBC Boxing' and a 'Masked Singer' repeat failed to deliver.

Finals Update: Inspiring America (+0.1) and the repeat of Shark Tank (+0.1) adjusted up.
