Supernatural thriller Evil has been ordered to series by CBS. The battle between science and religion is in full force in the pilot, which sees a skeptical female clinical psychologist joining a priest-in-training and a blue-collar contractor as they investigate supposed miracles, demonic possesses and other extraordinary occurrences to see is there's a scientific explanation or if there really is something supernatural to the situation. Katie Herbers, Mike Colter, Aasif Mandvi and Michael Emerson star in the pilot, which was created by The Good Wife's Robert and Michelle King.
