CBS Passes on Alive

Sci-fi crime drama Alive has been passed on by CBS. The series, based on the famous Frankenstein novel, sees a San Francisco homicide detective brought back to life after being killed in the line of duty, who resumes his old life only for his wife to realize he isn't the same person he used to be. This leads them to zero in on the same man behind his resurrection - Dr. Victor Frankenstein. Ryan Phillippe, Katrina Law and Aaron Staton star.
