NBC has renewed veteran drama Blindspot for a fifth and final season. The show started out as a strong performer, but it soon faded and was shipped to Fridays for season three. The ratings got lower in season four, and the show eventually sank to a 0.48 average. It was recently reported that the show was pulled from NBC's schedule for May sweeps before returning after the TV season ends. Despite the low ratings and being yanked from the schedule, the show will still be back next season for one last round. Jaime Alexander, Sullivan Stapleton, and Ashley Johnson star in the series.
