Fox has canceled legal drama Proven Innocent after one season. The show is one of the lowest-rated on all of broadcast, averaging just a 0.4 for its first and only season. The show debuted back in February to a low 0.5 adjust got uglier from there, going as low as 0.3. The show never seemed to have much of a pulse, given the far-from-ideal scheduling it received and the expectation that Fox will cut down on scripted programming next season. The show starred Rachel Lefevre, Nikki M. James, and Kelsey Grammer. This was a correct prediction for The TV Ratings Guide.
