Grey’s Anatomy Renewed for Season 16 & 17

ABC has renewed their hit medical drama Grey's Anatomy for a sixteenth and 17th season. This move comes as absolutely no surprise, as the show is their top scripted program, as well as their longest-running. The show was the first of many ABC series hailing from Shonda Rhimes and Shondaland. With a 1.57 average, the show is down a 19%, more than usual for the show but still an acceptable amount. Ellen Pompeo stars on the series as Meredith Grey, along with James Pickens Jr, Justin Chambers, Jesse Williams, Kim Raver, and Chandra Wilson, among many others. This is a correct prediction for The TV Ratings Guide.
