NBC has announced their summer lineup for 2026, including a few summer staples and a new series long in the works.
Tuesday, June 2:
8 PM: America's Got Talent season premiere
10 PM: Password season premiere
Thursday, June 4:
8 PM: Surviving Earth series premiere
9 PM: The Americas repeats
Monday, June 8:
9 PM: American Ninja Warrior season premiere
Wednesday, August 19:
8 PM: America's Got Talent Wednesday premiere
9 PM: The Wall midseason premiere
In addition to announcing their summer schedule, NBC has also announced the cancellation of last summer's new cooking series Yes, Chef!, which starred Martha Stewart and Jose Andres. This is a correct prediction for The TV Ratings Guide. The series was one of two series that aired on Mondays at 10 PM behind American Ninja Warrior. The other, Survival Mode, is not yet confirmed to be either renewed or canceled, though its absence from the summer schedule strongly hints that it will also be one-and-done, though NBC has not yet confirmed what - if anything - will be airing before American Ninja Warrior as it shifts to 9 PM this season. Destination X, which has been renewed, is not currently scheduled for this summer despite airing there last season.
