Monday was one of the more crowded nights when it came to broadcast originals, with a whopping three original programs airing new episodes against the Olympics. These originals had a varying degree of sucess, but all three still did pretty well when all is said and done. The Bachelor drew the highest ratings of the three, with a 1.5 in 18-49. However, it also was way below its last episode, with a three tenth decline. It's not a great week for the show, but it's not really a terrible one either. Meanwhile, a Good Doctor repeat behind it managed to improve the slot from last year's episode of Quantico. CBS continued its rollout of Celebrity Big Brother at warp speed, and that show drew a 1.3, up a tenth from its Sunday episode. Behind it were repeats that did OK, though The Big Bang Theory looks unusally weak here. The CW also brought Legends of Tomorrow to it's 1,000th slot so far, Mondays at 8. It was down from its latest episode, but performed about average. It's a pretty good performance, considering it aired alone against the Olympics. Fox had more pathetic repeats, this time of Lucifer and The Resident.
Finals Update: All programs held their preliminary ratings.
