On a relatively eventless Wednesday evening, ABC's presentation of the 2009 Pixar film 'Up' (0.7) took the top spot across all networks. This was two-tenths above last week's showing of 'Thor: The Dark World' (0.5) but even with 'Moana' (0.7) from two weeks ago, showing that airing more family-friendly fare is probably the way to go. The lead-in juice could not help 'Agents of SHIELD' (0.3) which clung onto last week's dismal premiere rating.
Elsewhere, CBS's 'Game On' (0.6) lost a tenth from last week's debut and lead into 'SEAL Team' (0.4) and 'SWAT' (0.3) repeats. The latter actually managed to tie the original 'SHIELD' head-on. Fox's 'Ultimate Tag' (0.6) matched last week's respectable timeslot premiere leading out of a slightly stronger 'MasterChef' (0.5) encore. NBC had 'One Chicago's repeats (0.4/0.4/0.5) and the CW had a steady 'The 100' (0.2) alongside another 'Bulletproof' (0.1) repeat.
