’The Sinner’ Renewed for Season 4 by USA

The Emmy-nominated series will live to see another day.

USA has renewed anthology crime drama The Sinner for a fourth season. Originally based on Petra Hammesfahr's novel of the same name, the series centers on Detective Harry Ambrose investigating a plethora of morbid cases to find out what really went down. The third season of the program debuted on February 6, 2020 and closed out on March 26th. Twenty-four episodes total have currently been produced, each season consisting of eight installments. Bill Pullman, Chris Messina, Matt Bomer, and Jessica Hecht made up the cast for the program's latest season. The Sinner's third season averaged a passable 0.16 rating in the key A18-49 demographic but was still down a whopping 47% from the season prior (0.28 average).
