After closing out its 10th season in March, acclaimed sitcom Curb Your Enthusiasm has been renewed by HBO for an eleventh season. The series features Seinfeld creator Larry David playing a fictional version of himself and has been on the air since October 15, 2000. In total, Curb has produced 100 episodes during its nearly 20-year run. Jeff Garlin, Cheryl Hines, Susie Essman, and J.B. Smoove make up the main cast and star alongside Larry David. In response to HBO's decision, David replied with a satirical take. The comedian stated “Believe me, I’m as upset about this as you are. One day I can only hope that HBO will come to their senses and grant me the cancellation I so richly deserve.” The 10-episode tenth season averaged a 0.17 rating in the A18-49 demographic but rose to a season high for its finale. Despite that, it was still down a steep 50% from the season prior. Below are the full Nielsen ratings for season 10.
