Aquarius: 0.2s are not pretty. Aquarius got some last year, but it had been canceled before then. This season, it never went higher than 0.4, and ended up getting double pumped on Saturday. That is not a formula for renewal. Certain to be canceled.
BrainDead: The other show that got moved to the weekend, BrainDead at least got to air on Sundays. But, on Sundays, it got all 0.3s, except for an 0.5 on a boosted night and an 0.4 when airing at 9:00 directly after Big Brother (which leads me to wonder if the show may have benefited from airing at 9:00 on either Sunday or Wednesday, but too late now). Certain to be canceled.
American Gothic: The ratings were not good, and were beneath those of Zoo. Zoo got renewed, and CBS is likely thinking now that summer scripted programming isn't a good idea. Next summer, they will probably just air Zoo, and maybe something that doesn't fit in during the regular season. They don't need American Gothic. Certain to be canceled.
The Night Shift: I was more confident about this show before America's Got Talent came around, but if we look at how the show has done with different lead-ins, it really tells us that this show is largely lead-in independent. The times when it has hit lows this season are when it aired a 9:00 episode or the night it aired up against basketball. With Sony producing this show, a studio known for fighting hard to get its shows renewed, I doubt that NBC would cancel it. However, there is the chance that 1.0s aren't good enough for NBC. But, I doubt that. Likely to be renewed.
Wayward Pines: The most difficult show to predict this summer, Wayward Pines remained a toss-up until the end of its season. After falling in the first couple of weeks, Wayward Pines stayed flat at 0.7, which isn't a great rating, but that stability may cause FOX to reward it, and that isn't too low, like the ratings that Houdini & Doyle got. However, at the end of the day, I think FOX will decide that it isn't worth it to renew a show getting 0.7s. Likely to be canceled.
