Wednesday TV Ratings 1/22/25: Abbott Elementary and Shifting Gears Rise, Special Forces Tumbles to New Low, Chicago Med and Chicago Fire Drop After Week Off [+ Analysis]

Ratings Analysis: It was a night of recovery on ABC as sitcoms Shifting Gears (0.45, +0.07) and Abbott Elementary (0.41, +0.07) bounced back considerably. Celebrity Jeopardy! (0.34, +0.06) and What Would You Do? (0.26, +0.07) also surged. On NBC, Chicago Med (0.38, -0.07) and Chicago Fire (0.38, -0.04) declined, but Chicago PD (0.38, 0.00) tied its previous installment. The Price Is Right At Night (0.33, +0.06) was up significantly on CBS, while Raid the Cage (0.23, +0.01) only grew slightly. Special Forces: World's Toughest Test (0.18, -0.06) plummeted on Fox.
