Wednesday TV Ratings 11/22/23: SNL Thanksgiving Solid But Down from 2022, Survivor and The Amazing Race Hit Season Highs (UPDATED w/Analysis)

Ratings Analysis: The annual Saturday Night Live Thanksgiving special (0.46) was a tenth lower than last year's edition (0.56) but was still the second highest-rated broadcast of the evening in the Adults 18-49 demographic. NBC's night began with a Countdown to Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade (0.34), a special that was also a bit lower than it was in 2022 (0.42). On CBS, Survivor (0.85, +0.08) and The Amazing Race (0.43, +0.04) soared to new season highs. ABC had strong reruns of Celebrity Jeopardy! (0.40), Celebrity Wheel of Fortune (0.36), and The $100,000 Pyramid (0.28). Fox was nowhere near the alphabet network with encores of The Masked Singer (0.19) and Snake Oil (0.17). Over on the CW, Sullivan's Crossing (0.04, 0.00) and The Spencer Sisters (0.03, 0.00) were completely stable.

Finals Update: Survivor, A Saturday Night Live Thanksgiving, and repeats of Celebrity Jeopardy!, Celebrity Wheel of Fortune, and The $100,000 Pyramid adjusted up to the next rounded tenth.
