Tuesday TV Ratings 11/7/23: Dolly Parton Special Modest on ABC, Dancing with the Stars Rises, Big Brother Barely Down for Clip Show (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: ABC's Dolly Parton-based special From Rhinestones to Rock & Roll (0.24) was only a few ticks higher than last week's Press Your Luck rerun (0.20) and retained less than 50% of its Dancing with the Stars lead-in (0.51, +0.04). Dancing itself was on the rise and topped the night in the Adults 18-49 demographic. The Voice (0.46, +0.05) improved on NBC, while Found (0.25, -0.02) slipped to a new low. The 8 p.m. Voice clip show (0.40) placed third in its time slot. CBS's Big Brother (0.45) also had a clip show in the 8 p.m. hour and was only a hundredth lower than last week's original. FBI True (0.15) and a rerun of FBI (0.13) fell off a cliff from there. Celebrity Name That Tune (0.24, +0.02) picked up the slack on Fox and led into another 9-1-1: Lone Star encore (0.14). Sports series Inside the NFL (0.04, -0.02) dropped on the CW and could only tie reruns of Whose Line Is It Anyway? (0.04/0.04).

Finals Update: Dancing with the Stars (+0.1) adjusted up.
