Ratings Analysis: Game 4 of the World Series (1.72, +0.08) improved on game three by a touch and kept Fox in the lead on Halloween night. On ABC, 'Dancing with the Stars' (0.47, -0.06) and 'Press Your Luck' (0.20, -0.04) both crashed to new season lows. NBC staple 'The Voice' (0.41, -0.11) and procedural drama 'Found' (0.27, -0.07) dealt with even steeper declines than the alphabet network's programs. CBS's 'Big Brother' (0.46, 0.00) was steady with last week and led into 'FBI True' (0.18) and a rerun of 'FBI' (0.14). 'The Swarm' (0.03, -0.01) shed a hundredth for its CW finale, but 'Inside the NFL' (0.06, 0.00) held flat in the 8 p.m. time slot.
