Wednesday TV Ratings 10/11/23: The Masked Singer and Snake Oil Sink, Survivor Ties Season High, Celebrity Jeopardy! Rises (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: Reality staple 'The Masked Singer' (0.40, -0.12) and new game show 'Snake Oil' (0.23, -0.10) both plummeted to new season lows on Fox. The news was a lot brighter on CBS as 'Survivor' (0.84, +0.06) climbed back up to the rating it posted on premiere night, thus tying its season high. At 9:30, 'The Amazing Race' (0.39, 0.00) matched last week's outing. ABC game shows 'Celebrity Jeopardy!' (0.41, +0.03) and 'The $100,000 Pyramid' (0.31, +0.02) were both higher than last week. 'Pyramid' was upgraded to the 9 p.m. slot in order to make room for a 10 p.m. '20/20' special (0.27). NBC's 'Quantum Leap' (0.28, -0.03) dropped from its week-ago premiere, but 'Magnum PI' (0.32, 0.00) was remarkably stable. The 10 p.m. 'Chicago Fire' rerun (0.22) was markedly up from last week (0.16). 'Sullivan's Crossing' (0.04, -0.02) and 'The Spencer Sisters' (0.04, -0.02) slipped on the CW.
