Friday TV Ratings 10/13/23: Raid the Cage Has Modest Premiere, Jada Pinkett Smith Special OK, Shark Tank Ticks Up (UPDATED)


Ratings Analysis: New game show 'Raid the Cage' (0.25) got off to a passable start on CBS and retained most of its 'Price Is Right At Night' lead-in (0.28) on premiere night. The 10 p.m. time slot was occupied by a 'Blue Bloods' rerun (0.19). The NBC News special about Jada Pinkett Smith (0.31) was rather solid in the 8 p.m. hour and helped 'Dateline' (0.29, +0.01) grow a bit. 'Shark Tank' (0.37, +0.01) also picked up a hundredth on ABC, while '20/20' (0.29, 0.00) held flat, thus tying its newsmagazine rival. 'WWE Smackdown' (0.62, -0.02) shed two-hundredths on Fox but was still on top. The CW aired repeats of 'Penn & Teller: Fool Us' (0.07) and 'The Spencer Sisters' (0.03).

Finals Update: 'Shark Tank' (+0.1) adjusted up.
