For the third week in a row, ABC's 'The Baker and the Beauty' (0.5) held steady at its premiere rating. While still not a phenomenal result, this number definitely looks better in week 4 than it did in week 1. The freshman drama led out of an even 'Listen to Your Heart' (0.6).
CBS's 1-hour finale of 'The Neighborhood' (0.9/0.9) was down a tenth from both its last episode and year-ago closer. There were more finales later in the night with the quarantine episode of 'All Rise' (0.6) and 'Bull' (0.6). The former was even but the latter inched down.
'The Voice' (1.0) fell four-tenths from its last original while lead-out 'Songland' (0.6) was even on NBC. Fox's '9-1-1' (1.3) rose a notch for its penultimate episode and simultaneously topped the night. It led into a repeat of spinoff 'Lone Star' (0.5).
The CW's 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?' (0.2/0.2) didn't budge but 'Roswell, New Mexico' (0.1) lost a tick.
