Months after its first season finale, NBC has renewed Manifest for a second season. The series was the top drama and top scripted series premiere of the 2018-19 TV season. It had a steady decline throughout its season, eventually hitting a 0.9 in January and a 1.0 for its finale, but remained a top performer for NBC overall, with a 1.25 average throughout the first season, which ran for 16 episodes. There is no word yet on the season 2 episode count for the WB/Universal-produced drama. The series stars Melissa Roxburgh, Josh Dallas, Athena Karkanis, JR Ramirez and Luna Blaise, and is the second new series renewed by NBC this season, following the earlier renewal of New Amsterdam.
