I've gotten comments on All American being a terrible prediction and all that jazz. But you know as well as I do that the CW is one of the hardest networks to predict correctly, just like FOX. With All American, we could expect a bump on Netflix, but that bump is only going to last a short time. The only plausible solution would be that it would be getting a tax credit to subsidize for next season and that would be enough to cover the cost of producing the show.
In the Dark was strictly renewed to cover the quota for CBS Studios. There still is no buzz for the show as of today's renewal.
Roswell was the only correct prediction from today's renewals, as I understandably pushed on The 100 due to it essentially being a summer show.
Why did the CW essentially renew everything? Simply, they did not wait to decide on pilots. This means the CW did not have much faith in their pilots for next season. If they did, the chart would tell a different story today or even in May.
All shows will be back next season officially, and thus, my work is done. TVRG will be back next season for CW predictions.
