It's been another busy week on streaming, as the fall season continues to get into full swing, and several hits returned from hiatuses. Keep reading to see where they charted this week, and how they stacked up compared to the hits that have already charted.
Hulu:

High Potential remained the top draw on Hulu this week, but the competition increased, and as such, it was a bit less dominant. High Potential was #1 three days this week, and four other shows also hit #1 over the last seven days. Two of those #1s were fellow ABC series, and the others were Hulu originals. Only Murders in the Building rose to #1 on the chart for the first time this season, and the mystery comedy was in the top ten for the entire week. Family Guy released a Hulu-exclusive Halloween episode for the second year in a row. Like last year's Halloween episode, it was #1 for a single day, but quickly slipped down the chart, dropping to fifteenth place by Friday before slightly rebounding on Saturday. That's a better performance than we typically see for its Fox episodes, so this is still a win overall. In addition to the dominant High Potential, ABC again had 20/20 on top on Sunday. The newsmagazine charted six days in all. And new entry 9-1-1: Nashville impressed out of the starting gates, opening up at #1 on Hulu for its first full day, beating out its parent show. 9-1-1: Nashville had already charted at #9 the previous day, which included only a few hours of Hulu availability before the chart updated. 9-1-1 itself debuted at #2 for its first full day, after being the only Thursday show not to crack the top ten on Friday. Grey's Anatomy opened strong on Friday, entering at #5 with just a few hours of availability. However, it went from the strongest part of the Thursday lineup to the weakest, though ABC surely won't complain about their Thursday lineup debuting 1-2-3 on the Hulu chart. Dancing with the Stars remained by far the biggest hit on broadcast TV on linear, and is still streaming very well on Hulu, too. It slipped out of the top ten for the first time this season, but that's to be expected with na influx of scripted competition. It was still the best-performing reality series on Hulu this week, and peaked at #2 on the chart. Shifting Gears had a very underwhelming Hulu showing this week, charting four days in all, but only rising to #11 on the chart after a new episode was added, and dropping to #15 the next day. Abbott Elementary looked better, charting all week and peaking at #3. The Golden Bachelor continued to weaken. The struggling ABC dating series charted only four days this week, and peaked at #6 on the chart. Shark Tank and Celebrity Wheel of Fortune remained MIA on the Hulu chart this week, which is to be expected after how they performed last season. General Hospital remained a solid entry on the chart, despite a clear decline from its summer performance, peaking at #3 and charting six days - better than many of ABC's primetime series. Fox's highlight was still Doc, which peaked at #3 on the chart and stayed in the top fifteen all week. Bob's Burgers was still the only Sunday night cartoon to chart, spending three days on the chart this week and peaking at #5. In both regards, that's a decline from last week's performance. Celebrity Weakest Link performed a bit better this week, charting at #13 for its lone chart appearance. The Floor managed slightly better, charting at #12, though that marked a major decline from last week for The Floor. 99 to Beat surprisingly re-entered the chart on Monday and went on to spend four days on the chart. Its peak performance ended up being Monday, and not Friday, when a new episode was added to Hulu. Hell's Kitchen charted three days this week, peaking at #7. It was another week with Special Forces out-performing its lead-in, as it charted five days and peaked at #6. Hulu original Chad Powers had a slightly disappointing second week. While it managed to rise up to #2 on Wednesday's chart, it dropped off the list entirely by Friday, and only charted five of seven days this week. Reasonable Doubt looked stronger, also peaking at #5, but charting the entire week, and only once dipping out of the top ten. FX's The Lowdown charted three days this week, peaking at #10.

Disney+:

Halloween films dominated the Disney+ chart this week, with few TV shows breaking through over the course of the last week. Hocus Pocus, Hocus Pocus 2, and Hotel Transylvania each spent two days at #1, while Halloweentown (and several of its sequels), the firs two Twilight films, and Hotel Transylvania joined them on the chart. They were joined by non-Halloween fare, such as Elio, Thunderbolts, and Iron: Legacy. The one and only show to chart the entire week was Marvel Zombies, which ranged from third to ninth on the chart this week. The one show to top the chart, however, was 9-1-1: Nashville. It was also the only ABC Thursday show to chart on Disney+ this week. The only other ABC series on the chart was High Potential, which charted a single day. Hulu's Chad Powers has performed better than most Hulu shows do on Disney+, but it did slip off the charting on Saturday, after peaking at #3. A collection of Mickey Mouse cartoons charted three days. Disney+ also dropped season two of Wizards Beyond Waverly Place this week, midway through its linear run on Disney Channel. It charted two days, debuting at #6, rising to #5 the next day, and then slipping off the chart after that.

Peacock:

After a fairly disappointing first full week back, Law & Order: SVU is back to dominating Peacock's chart, topping the chart each day this week. Law & Order, on the other hand, weakened this week, unable to keep up with the entries of three other Dick Wolf series. It charted only four days this week, peaking at #5 on the chart. Every show in the Chicago franchise charted the entire week. PD remained the best performer, peaking at #2, while Fire and Med were almost always just behind, save for two days when Med trailed the other two by a few spots. The Voice charted five days this week and rose as high as #2 on the chart. Brilliant Minds also charted five days, peaking at #6. Saturday Night Live only charted one day, but it was at #3 on the chart. Dateline NBC charted three days, peaking at #7. And after missing the chart last week, On Brand with Jimmy Fallon made one appearance this week, at #9 for a single day. Several Bravo series also charted this week, including the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Orange County and the returning Potomac, as well as Below Deck Mediterranean.

Paramount+:

We're just about through the drought now. By the time of next week's update, most of CBS's fall lineup will have debuted, and Paramount+ 's top 10 chart will see a major shakeup. This week, though, it's business as usual. South Park again did not air this week, but improved its performance, ranking #1 five days this week. That meant that Tulsa King was only #1 two days this week, a regression from last week. Despite that, it was consistently a top two program on Paramount+, with it and South Park occupying the top two spots throughout the week. Survivor had its best showing of the still-young 49th season, peaking at #3 this week. It charted throughout the week once again. The Amazing Race also performed a bit better, charting at #9 for one day. NCIS: Tony & Ziva peaked at #6 this week, and spent four days in that position, dropping as low as #9. The rest of the chart was filled with shows that haven't airing in a long time. NCIS is almost back from hiatus, and it's performed quite well on Paramount+ throughout this break. This week was no different, spending the majority of the week at #3 on the chart. Criminal Minds, Dexter, and Blue Bloods also spent the entire week on the chart, while Ghosts charted four days and Everybody Loves Raymond charted twice.

HBO Max:

It was the final week of Peacemaker's second season, and thus, likely the last week with Task and Peacemaker more or less splitting the top spot on the HBO Max chart. As has become the norm, Task was #1 four days this week, while Peacemaker was #1 for three days. Task never dipped lower than #2 on the chart, while Peacemaker slipped as low as #4 on Tuesday. Last Week Tonight peaked as high as #2 on the chart - higher than any other show besides the aforementioned Task and Peacemaker. Adult Swim's Smiling Friends returned this week, and has charted very well on the chart, debuting at #3 on the chart and staying there for five days in a row. Real Time with Bill Maher started out the week at #3 and charted five days in all, but didn't see its regular end-of-week boost, due to taking this week off. Food Networks' Halloween Baking Championship continued to chart well, spending the entire week on the chart and peaking at #5. It's a very impressive performance for a Food Network series, as most of the culinary channel's series tend to chart for a day or two a week at best. Other cable series on the chart this week included ID's The Friday the 13th Murders, CNN's Have I Got News For You, HGTV' Scariest House in America, Discovery's Deadliest Catch, and TLC's 90 Day Fiancé franchise.
