Thursday TV Ratings 10/9/25: 9-1-1: Nashville Solid in Premiere, 9-1-1 Returns to New Series Low, Law & Order: SVU Drops Again [+ Analysis]

New drama 9-1-1: Nashville (0.29) had a solid start on ABC, almost fully retaining its 9-1-1 lead-in (0.30). At ten, Grey's Anatomy (0.27) appeared much healthier than it did in the spring. On NBC, Law & Order (0.20, -0.01) dipped, while SVU (0.21, -0.05) completely fell apart. CBS went with repeats of Georgie & Mandy (0.23), Ghosts (0.16), Matlock (0.10), and Elsbeth (0.07). On Fox, Hell's Kitchen (0.23, +0.01) and Special Forces (0.17, +0.01) gained a hundredth apiece. Police 24/7 (0.03, +0.01) ticked up on the CW. Key: (P) = premiere. (R) = repeat.
