New CBS comedy DMV (0.30) posted a respectable rating on series premiere night, holding onto most of its Neighborhood lead-in (0.34). At nine, long-running drama FBI (0.29) returned with a new series low, and Watson (0.15) completely bombed at ten. On NBC, The Voice (0.32, +0.01) ticked up, and Brilliant Minds (0.17, +0.05) jumped to a new season high. Monday Night Football (2.9, +0.95) soared on ABC.
