Ratings Analysis: Well over a year after it last aired, ABC sitcom 'The Wonder Years' (0.22/0.18) made its grand return in dismal fashion. This was understandably leagues below its season one start from back in September 2021 (0.67), but it was also a step behind its previous series low (0.29). Though season two of 'Wonder Years' got off to a rocky start in the 9 p.m. hour, 8 o'clock occupant 'Judge Steve Harvey' (0.33, +0.08) surged to a new season high in its move to a new night and time. At 10, an Aaliyah-themed edition of 'Superstar' (0.20) actually built on the 9:30 p.m. 'Wonder Years' by a tiny bit. It was a mixed bag over on Fox as 'MasterChef' (0.42, +0.03) jumped to a new season high, but 'Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars' (0.26, -0.02) dipped to a new low. On the CW, 'Nancy Drew' (0.06, -0.03) lost a bit of steam and led into a rerun of 'Riverdale' (0.03). CBS went with reruns of 'Ghosts' (0.24/0.21), 'Let's Make a Deal Primetime' (0.20), and 'CSI: Vegas' (0.12). NBC aired repeats of 'Night Court' (0.22/0.19), 'Chicago Fire' (0.20), and 'Chicago PD' (0.23).
Finals Update: 'Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars' (+0.1) adjusted up.
