The CW is parting ways with its newest show, canceling Gotham Knights after a single thirteen-episode season. The freshman comic series was one of three DC superhero shows on the network this season, along with Superman & Lois and The Flash. Only one will return next season, solidifying the network's move away from DC-related programming after making these shows a signature part of their brand for years. Its 0.09 average was among the higher scripted entries on the network this season, but the show was too expensive to survive amid the network's acquisition by Nexstar. Olivia Rose Keegan, Navia Robinson, Oscar Morgan, Fallon Smythe and Misha Collins starred in the series, which will wrap its run at the end of June. This is a correct prediction for The TV Ratings Guide.
