Friday TV Ratings 6/2/23: The Greatest @Home Videos Special Weak, WWE SmackDown Jumps and Easily Leads (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: Fox staple 'WWE Smackdown' (0.73, +0.21) shot up to its strongest rating in a while, gaining more than two-tenths of a point overall. Though 'Smackdown' is often Friday's highest-rated offering, this surge furthers the gap to the point where it is 2.5x higher than its closest competitor. On ABC, the 8 o'clock 'Shark Tank' rerun (0.28) was a significant improvement over the week-ago 'Soul of a Nation' special (0.20). The '20/20' repeat (0.23) was at the same level as it was seven days prior. CBS brought back 'The Greatest @Home Videos' (0.21), but its performance was modest at best. From there, encores of 'Fire Country' (0.11) and 'Blue Bloods' (0.12) slipped into the 0.1 range. NBC had an underwhelming repeat of 'Hot Wheels: Ultimate Challenge' (0.17) and a strong edition of 'Dateline' (0.29). On the CW, 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?' (0.07, +0.01) and 'The Great American Joke Off' (0.07, +0.02) were both on the rise but still fell behind the 8 o'clock repeat of 'Penn & Teller: Fool Us' (0.08).

Finals Update: All shows held their preliminary ratings.
